I never received my activation code after purchasing Fortora Fresh Finance for Mac or Windows.

Upon purchase you should have received two e-mails. The first e-mail contains your order receipt, and second e-mail contains your activation code and installation instructions.

If you didn't receive the two e-mails, please check your spam filter because it may have blocked them. Also, sometimes there is a general delay in e-mail delivery (due to your ISP or other reasons), so please allow up to 30 minutes for your e-mails to arrive. If you still can't find the e-mails, please contact us and we will provide you with your activation code.
