How do I share the same Fortora Fresh Finance for Mac data between multiple users/computers?

Fortora Fresh Finance supports multiple users sharing the same financial data. To enable this functionality, save an existing Fortora Fresh Finance data file you previously created to a shared folder (i.e. the /Users/Shared folder in your hard drive), via the File->Save As menu option. Now multiple users of the computer can open the file and work on it (via the File->Open Remote File menu option). You will also have to enable write privileges to the data file for the other users of the system so that they can also modify the file. To do this:

Open the folder (usually /Users/Shared) and highlight your data file, and then click the File->Get Info menu option.
Under the Sharing & Permissions section, set the Read & Write privilege for the desired users.

To make the data accessible through a network, enable file sharing:

Open System Preferences.
Click on Sharing.
Turn on File Sharing.
Add the folder containing your data file to the Shared Folders box (usually /Users/Shared).
Add your desired users to the Users box, ensuring to enable Read & Write privileges.
Now users over the network can open the data file via the File->Open Remote File menu option.

*It is not recommended that the data file be accessed simultaneously over the network by multiple computers because any modifications made may be lost.

*Alternatively, you can copy your data file to a network attached storage device instead of sharing the file directly from your computer.
